For fairer skin, you’ll need L-Glutathione. Expensive, i know. You don’t need a lot and I’ll show you where to get affordable ones. You will need to measure this one accurately and this post will show you how.
For smooth and supple skin, you’re going to need Hyaluronic Acid. Works wonders for dry and flaky skin especially. No, it’s not THAT acid that burns. And it’s not in liquid form! Will tell you where to buy in a while.
For that pinkish, natural glow, you’ll need Pomegranates. Forget about peeling the skin, spooning the red seeds and get your hands or sink turn red… because i have an easier way to consume 2 pounds of Pomegranates at one go! And if you’re a woman, you’ll thank Pomegranates for your regular menses, tighter vagina and reduced vaginal discharge.
For a less wrinkled face, it’s simple. Double your dosage of collagen. If you’re currently consuming 5,000mg, drink 10,000mg of fish collagen. It won’t harm you.
