Hello sayang!!
Today I be reviewing 2 items from the same brand – Total Soy.
The 2 items are Total Soy Chocolate and the other is Strawberry.
Both items are super sedap! Delicious!
Ok here goes the Chocolate one first.

I found Total Soy in iHerb while i was looking for weight loss supplements back in 2014. Comparing its price, weight and flavor, i thought why not try it! Gosh… after that day, i keep ordering this thing every few weeks!
Price (at iHerb): SGD $11.50
They never lied about the Chocolate part because it’s sooo chocolatey!
What i like about Total Soy Meal Replacement:
- very chocolatey
- smooth
- blends very well in cold milk (i use low fat because I had Gestational Diabetes during my pregnancy and i don’t want to be diabetic!)
- curbs my appetite
- make me feel full the whole morning (i wake up at 6am and my breakfast is usually around 11am because of housework + kids)
- doesn’t require much effort to make (250ml cold milk + 2 scoops of Total Soy Meal Replacement + shake = drink)
