If we all live a healthy lifestyle, eat a balanced diet, probably we wouldn’t need so much supplements!
But that’s not what’s happening. With so many food choices available and so convenient to get them delivered to your doorstep – who wouldn’t buy it?!
You see, fast food contains a lot of harmful ingredients we didn’t know about. Fruits and vegetables now contain traces of pesticides. Even the tap water contains cancerous elements.
To balance our not-so-healthy lifestyle and diet, I always recommend clients eating supplements (they’re vegan yes!).
And i recommend this to anyone who are looking for increased energy, better cognitive functions, relief common pains on the back and knees and get clearer skin.
It will give you a long-lasting beauty effect that you never felt better!
Always drink at least 1 glass of water after waking up. You can drink up to 4 glasses.
1. Vitamin C. At least 1000mg. Once a day
You can also drink warm lemon water. I suggest you choose one method only. Either the vitamin or drink lemon water.
2. Glutathione. 500mg. Once a day
Not many Beauty Bloggers know about how powerful this antioxidant is. I have a blog post just for Glutathione.
3. Hyaluronic Acid. 100mg per day.
Only for people suffering from dry skin problems and joint pains.
4. Spirulina. 3g. Split dosage: 1.5 g in the morning and 1.5g in the afternoon
5. Chia seeds. 1-2 tbsp a day.
You can add in your breakfast or simply add in water and drink.
6. Flax seed oil. 1 tbsp a day.
If you don’t like the taste, simply eat chia seeds.
7. Fish Collagen Peptide
Highly recommended if you’re above 30.
Drink at least 2 litres of water mixed with Apple Cider Vinegar the whole day. Avoid coffee if you can.
