How to use Clove Oil for acne?

Find out how a simple Clove Oil for acne can help you or your family member

It saddens me when I see people especially youngsters suffer from very bad acne. The one that leaves blemishes and scars on their skin.

Some of you fully understand that they are going thru hormonal changes, sometimes allergy reactions and sometimes not knowing why at all!

Some of you have bought expensive products off the shelves hoping that products alone can help diminish acne or at least make the redness disappear.

Hundreds of dollars gone… just like that! For a set of maybe 5 or 6 products that you have no idea what ingredients are in them!

Let me show you a simple way to reduce acne, scars, blemishes and inflammation (due to acne).

First, leave your hormones alone. You can see a doctor and get yourself diagnosed for Chaotic Hormonal Imbalance Teenager-titis.

Second, drink water. Keep yourself hydrated with plain water. In my upcoming skincare course, I will show you the minimum amount of water your body needs. Trust me, different people need different amounts!

Third, do not buy products that you are not sure of. Especially if you have a skin allergy.

Fourth, eat lots of skin food. I can name you 2 types: Fruits and Vegetables. Don’t forget to eat Yoghurt!

Fifth, apply products that you are 100% sure that it’s safe for your skin. Provided it works for you.

Sixth, be patient. Acne does not occur overnight. So does the reversal process!

Seventh, repeat the first step.

How I can help you with acne

I can help give some tips to help relieve you of your acne-ic situation. It’s not expensive but it requires you to buy and do some work.

Step 1: Get a Clove Oil and a carrier oil called Safflower Oil.

Step 2: You’ll need 3 drops of Clove Oil in every 20ml of Safflower Oil. Do the math yourself if you need to make more.

If you don’t have a dropper bottle and a syringe, just use a small bowl and a tablespoon.

3 drops of Clove oil in every 2 tablespoons of Safflower Oil.

Mix well and apply on your face every night. That’s it!

How does this recipe, Clove Oil for acne work for you?

Safflower Oil is a perfect carrier oil for oily skin. Safflower Oil is high in linolenic acid which is a kind of fatty acid. When applied to the skin, it will leave a silky feeling. It won’t be oily or make you look shiny. It’s highly moisturizing too!

If you often apply Safflower Oil to your facial skin, you will notice that whiteheads and blackheads are lesser. This is because the oil helps ‘melt’ the pus that’s trapped in your pores and when you cleanse your face, it easily comes off!

You can also do a 1-step or 2-step Oil Cleansing Method with Safflower Oil!

On the other side, we have Clove Oil. Yes, clove. The spice we use to make curry. Clove oil has antibacterial properties which can prevent the acne-causing bacteria from spreading and help kill the existing ones! Clove oil also helps calm the skin so the redness be reduced.

Use Clove Oil for acne. It definitely works but it takes time.
