Glutathione is a very popular product used by beauty manufacturing companies but you’re consuming it wrongly.
Either you’ve consumed too little or too much.
How do you know if you have consumed too little or too much??
Consume too little your body will show very little to no effects at all. Consume too much, your body reacts by expelling it out! You’ll visit the toilet often and your skin becomes too fair.
Here’s how to calculate how much of Glutathione you need for YOUR body.
Step 1
Measure your weight in kilograms. For example, 50kg.
Step 2
Take note that the minimum of Glutathione you need as a supplement is 20mg and the maximum you need is 40mg.
Take [Your Weight] multiply by 20mg. In this case, 50kg x 20mg = 1000mg
This the MINIMUM amount you need for your body to perform the basic functions.
Take [Your Weight] multiply by 40mg. In this case, 50kg x 40mg = 2000mg
This is the MAXIMUM amount you need for your body to perform detox and repair functions.
Step 3
If you’d like a minimal effect of Glutathione, consume 1000mg throughout the day in divided dosage.
Depending on the supplement that you have bought, some come in tablets and capsules and do not have a standard content.
Check the labels for the weight in milligrams (MG) and the ingredients that have been added to it.
